Jenna is from Wallace, Idaho, and has 14 years of professional massage experience. She loves everything about massage, but specializes in deep tissue/treatment techniques for injuries and to help people with chronic pain.
Jenna is certified in the following massage techniques: Swedish, deep, sports, trigger point, ligament integrated fascial techniques, lymphatic drainage, lomi lomi, full body assisted stretching, cupping, hot stones, Ayurveda for head, neck and shoulders. Advanced training in: neck, arm/hand, hip/glutes/leg. She also does some Thai yoga, reflexology and chakra balancing.
She has worked in the Seattle area with athletes and at spas and has decided to settle back in Idaho to work with you!
